I am a Los Angeles-based After Effects artist working mostly in the visual effects and motion graphics fields. I have more than 25 years of professional experience working in animation and design, creating imagery for TV, film, and the web. During that time I’ve worked for more than 40 companies, servicing hundreds of clients. I am seeking to develop old and new relationships with design shops, post houses, VFX facilities and supervisors, producers, and directors, on a freelance or potential full-time basis.

HISTORY
BFA in Film/Animation/Video from Rhode Island School of Design.
Worked as a staff designer at R/Greenberg Associates from 1995-1999. Worked on projects ranging from film titles, broadcast design, commercial VFX, print, website design, to interactive installations.
In 1999 I started a 5 year stint as a freelance artist for many of the design and post-production houses throughout NYC, such as Eyeball, Pittard Sullivan, Trollbäck & Co., Psyop, and Manhattan Transfer.
From 2004 – 2006 I worked on staff at Click3X as their Senior Design Director continuing my work in the motion graphics, VFX, and print fields, and leading a small team of designers.
At the end of 2006, I moved to Los Angeles to break into the film industry, and to get some more sun and surf. Since then I have done work for all the major studios, and many small ones, and I continue to do work in the motion graphics industry for companies such as Logan, Prologue, and Ntropic, as well as gigs in my home studio.
